Products

The products offered on Jersey District are jerseys and sports items intended for supporters. Photos are non-contractual and may slightly differ from the product received.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. Jersey District reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

Order

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The sale is concluded upon payment validation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you.

Payment

Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments. Banking data is not stored on our website.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. To do so, contact us via the contact page.

Returns and refunds

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in case of defective product or an error on our part.
